Mac and Cheese FAIL

Good Morning!! Happy Sunday!! Did everyone remember to set their clocks ahead? I can never remember if my phone automatically does it or not, so it leaves me a little worried each time that my alarm won’t go off at the right time! Haha! It did today though! For some reason, I was thinking it was supposed to be lighter in the mornings…guess I was wrong. It was pitch black at 6:30am!

I had a pretty good day yesterday. I got a lot of work done on my presentation in the morning and was able to relax in the afternoon and evening!! I did a good Circuit Training workout yesterday too that included sprints on the treadmill, arms and abs. It was a total of 50 minutes AND 2.5 miles.  Boy, was I super tired by the end of it!!

Lunch:

I still had 1 leftover Veggie Enchilada and I knew I needed to use it up!

I topped the enchilada with some Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt and Taco Bell Hot Sauce! I also had some of the home made tortilla chips I made and salsa.

And a little applesauce and cinnamon too!!

For dessert, I snacked on some chocolate chips and raisins.

I sat and watched a 90210 marathon for a bit and then finally decided to hit up the grocery store! I love just looking around and taking my time at the store! So fun to me!! Anyone else love grocery shopping?

Snack:

A piece of Honey WW toast with home made peach jam and some crackers, that are so addicting! The fiancĂ© asked me to buy some of these Pretzel Cheddar crackers for him and I had to break into them right when I got home! Need to stay away from those!! I also had some Orange Black Tea! I was really craving some toast today, I think because we haven’t had a loaf of bread in the house in a long time! All we have been eating bread-wise is those Sandwich Thins. And while they are super yummy, I was definitely craving some real, sliced ww bread! YUMMY!!

Dinner:

It was kind of a disaster. I bought some Amy’s Mac and Cheese to make but didn’t realize it required milk, all I had was Almond Milk. So I used the Almond Milk since it only called for 1/4 of a cup. And it turned out pretty gross, just like it sounds! Mac and Cheese FAIL!

I loaded the nasty Mac and Cheese with spinach, roasted cauliflower, and lots of hot sauce to cover the nastiness and it worked pretty well. I ended up eating most of this before I tossed it. I think I was just pretty hungry!

I also made some Garlic Cheese Toast that I burned a bit. This still tasted awesome!!

And for dessert…

My Banana Cupcake from Muddy’s!! Yum, yum, yum!! This was so good! It had big chunks of banana in the cake part! Mmmmm! Wish I had another one!

I rented the movie The Box last night and watched it. Anyone seen it?? Weirdest movie ever. I definitely DON’T recommend it!

Breakfast:

This next statement may surprise you. I wasn’t in the mood for oats this morning! Gasp! Not sure why, but all I wanted was a nice, cold bowl of Quaker Crack!! Luckily, I stocked myself up yesterday!

  • 1 cup Quaker Crack
  • Sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

Just what I wanted!!

I gotta get running so I get to church on time!! I have plans for a run after church, if the weather is nice, and possibly some shopping! My wedding shower is next Saturday and I want to find a new outfit for it!! Have a great day guys!!

    ideas - I did personalized gifts for mine. Sister (and maid of honor) a necklace that had the word sisters inscribed on it and a compact with her name inscribed on it and for my bridesmaid a nice wine opener (very expensive and I should have kept it for myself as the next time I was over at her house she could't even find it. nice. glad you liked it. sarcasm.)

  3. Nice job on your workouts! I don't mind grocery shopping, I just get tired of it really quickly and I hate the fact that I have to pay for it
