Boscos for Dinner!

Good afternoon!!

I am gonna post now since I will be getting home late and I’m not sure if I will get to post again tonight or not! Like I said this morning, I have a school function/dinner to attend at Boscos. It is actually a Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists(TANA) District meeting, so we are going to get to talk and mingle with some CRNA’s! Exciting right?! Might make some good future contacts!! Plus, I love Boscos! It’s a restaurant and brewery, so they have delicious food and beer! And to make it even better, this is put on by a drug rep, which means free food and drinks! Yea!

I was unsure of what kind of speed work I wanted to do today, so I racked my brain! My schedule said I was to do a 5 mile speed workout, so I thought my favorite Fartleck run (5-4-3-2-1) would be perfect! It was a nice, hard, sweaty run that left me feeling awesome! I really LOVE how great running makes me feel! Especially afterwards! After my speed work, I did Whittle My Middle 2(check out my progress, my core really is getting stronger!) and took Sadie on a walk.

I’ve been reading all day and had a friend just call and tell me that the reading schedule is probably off because we are going over that chapter in a few weeks. Awesome. Glad I just spent 3 hours reading it and it’s not the right material for tomorrow. Ahh, I digress…

For lunch, I threw something quick and easy together because it was almost 2pm and I was starving!

Turkey sandwich on a sandwich thin with Swiss, lettuce, tomato, mustard, and a little mayo. On the side, a yummy fruit cup and pretzels. It really hit the spot!

If you can’t tell by now, I totally love sandwich thins. Much better than regular bread! The fiancé even agrees!

And, I am planning on having one of Polly’s No Bake Cookies in a bit! Yummy!!

I have a lot to do before I head to dinner so I gotta jet! Have a wonderful evening!!
